The staff was attentive and the location was historic! Liked the double bed. Btw, their maid is top! Booked table at Pikake Terrace, it's their onsite restaurant. Service in the hotel was excellent too.
There was no jacuzzi.
We appreciated to chill in the nearby Herringbone. Location really close to moana surfrider. The hotel building is beautiful...
You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Hula Grill Waikiki with nice drinks. Easy to get to duke kahanamoku statue...
The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were old but clean, the beds were very comfortable. If you have a room on one of the higher floors and keep your window closed, the hotel is quiet enough for being located in the center of Waikiki (which is pretty much a noisy, busy city center). The location is actually superb.
The hotel is quite old (though it looks like it has been refurbished and modernized a few times in the past). The price for food and beverages was quite steep, especially compared to the venues nearby (eating outside of the hotel is recommended).
Close to bech and shops
We had a blast! The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is right in the heart of Waikikii Beach. Close to everything. We had a city view room on the 6th floor that looked over the parking garage with the mountain in the back ground. There are several review that complain about it but it didn't bother us. If you get the pool side view you'll have to deal with all the entertainment and foot traffic below. Here is a tip: don't checkin before 1pm because the front desk will have less rooms to choose from and no later than 3pm for the same reasons. Check out Yelp for great Hawaiian Food. Ono Hawaiian food is awesome!
I very much liked the staff's participation in my visit considering the amount of fun my guest and I had. All the comforts I needed and wanted were met. The view was great.
Good location only a minute from the beach, cheap rooms are pretty good value
The view from the city-side rooms is horrible, just looks across a dirty carpark
We stayed the hotel for three nights, it was not pleasure . The key can not open the lock, and after we have changed the keys for five times, finally they told u that it is the lock's problem, and they can't fix the lock right away. Anyway it is a waste of time.
My room was recently refurbished and very clean. Quiet and comfortable fo sleeping. Extemely convienent access for everything from the beach, shopping and meetings.
The pool was not private for guests to relax. It was a shorcut passageway to the main avenue for beach access and shopping. .
I loved its proximity to everything, the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff could not do enough for you and the facilities were great
Loved the location so close to the restaurants, beach etc. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. I would love to return again.
They did not supply simple English Breakfast tea bags in the room and such a hard chore to get some. After asking staff several times for some it wasn't until the 3rd to last day a helpful receptionist got some sent to our room.
Good location and friendly staff
The food was dissappointing - breakfast and evening. The alla carte was quite poor - quality and extent of the menu
The location is perfect to go and see all the sights. Right on the strip to shop and sight see. Good location to see the whole island. The people and staff were Awesome, very helpful is all aspects.
Great central location, in the heart of Waikiki! Parking adjacent to hotel was very convenient. Macy's a skip away, as well as the beach, etc. Bed was comfy, and the lanai breeze perfect! Great time!
